Today I reviewed the website Priviahealth.com do you agree with my thoughts?

Thank you very much for allowing me to review your website.The graphics on the website are very well designed and it is very easy to navigate and get around.

In regards to my critique here are my initial thoughts:

- The designer did a very nice job and the graphics are great however the layout is "dated". (I'm getting the sense the website was designed around 2008 or so)

- I'd make the main image much larger with the unique selling point as the thing that stands out the most. What is PriviaHealths "WHY"?

- I'd consider changing the colors blue and gray.

- If you haven't branded the logo yet I would consider changing it. I am not crazy about the dark gray box that "traps" the logo in it. I think the logo needs to be reworked a bit.

- Make the phone number larger.

- Bold the navigation and change the font to Ariel.

- Add the contact link as well as the social icons to the top of the page

- What is your "unique selling point" why would I switch or sign on to Privia?

In regards to SEO here is what I see:

In short, the website is a basic information website that needs a lot of life pumped into it:

- Needs a massive redesign and Mobile friendly
- Needs on Page SEO for Google to recognize what Privia Helath does
- Needs Online reviews to build trust
- Needs a Youtube Channel to post weekly videos (How to stay healthy, How to prevent diabetes..etc)
- Needs a person to manage Social Media (make friends,Comment,connect...etc)

Today I reviewed mopro. Is their website work any good or not?

"Has anyone used mopro and what was you experience like with them? If you would not recommend them, what would you recommend for a website and seo service?"

Let me give you my view point:

Mopro designs beautiful looking websites and if that's all you are looking for, they are a very good choice.

In my opinion though they are the assembly line of website design. I've viewed their portfolio and while all their work is professional and well laid out, most of their sites miss the mark greatly in regards to what your client is looking for (as well as breaking Google rules < see below>

Here is a website Mopro designed:

- Where is Enos located?
- What is their phone number?
- Are they on Social Media?
- Do they have reviews?
- Besides Order online? is there any text on the website to make you feel warm and fuzzy about Enzos?
- Where is Eno? and who is Eno?
- No footer (bottom section of the website with a Google map locating Enzos, Phone number, Site Links..etc)

How do I save my business from my large competitor?

Today I helped a local business owner who asked:

"I own an on-demand delivery business in Brooklyn, I've been the sole business there that does what I do. Recently uber eats moved into northern Brooklyn(not my delivery zone), two months later in September of this year they expanded even more into Brooklyn(still not in my delivery zone). Fast forward 2 months later, which is right now, I see a local business saying on their twitter, UberEATS coming soon. Now they are moving into my area and I don't have the resources to take them on. I understand building some partnerships with local businesses could save me but I'm pretty certain uber eats could offer them much much more including a more reliable fleet, an app and their status as uber. Is this the end of my company because I've looked at all the angles and when uber expands to my area which I anticipate will happen in the next few months, there's not much I can do."

Here is my Response:

Look, Budweiser is not the only beer on the shelf. Please stop with "There's not much you can do" Your from Brooklyn...Mike Tyson,Micheal Jordan's home town! There is plenty you can do.

You need to differentiate yourself from UberEats.
- Faster Service (Delivery in 25 mins or less)
- Brooklyn born and raised (You are the owner you care)
- Maybe you give a special gift with each order (something that makes the client say "wow")

Once you have your unique selling point:

You need a professional website
- Get out there and make 100 connections a day (get professional cards made or brochures)
- Shake hands with everyone in your delivery zone, customers and store owners (uber won't and cant do that)
- Be the face of your business

Branded Marketing material (I can help you with this)
- Great website
- App
- Printed Material
- Social Media

You have 2 choices you can fold or you can win. I won't allow myself to loose especially to a business that is going to hire 10.00 an hr employees who say "Not a Problem".

Step up your game brother. Let this make you a better business owner.

Today I reviewed gym clothing line Inner-Rage.com

 

I really like the website Inner-rage.com

Maybe "Gymwear for to feed the rage" or "Gymwear for people who see red" (lol...try to be outrageous...different) tagline? (1st thing that came to mind)

As a 1st attempt you did an excellent job! I've been working out since June of 1980 and used to compete. I still train 5x week and I am still a maniac!!!...lol Over the past 17 years I have been building websites and SEO'ing websites.

Here are my thoughts on your website Inner-rage.com and what you need to improve:

• While the website is very clean and easy to navigate the image doesn't fit the Inner-rage image. I'd like to see a MMA fighter (maybe a female) or someone flipping a tire, or running through mud. (Just use 1-2 lines of text over the image (not a book)

• The navigation links are too small

• I don't notice your social signals (why grey?) use the real Icons

• Make the main image smaller. I'd like to see some of the product on the screen.

• Who are you? Why did you start Inner-rage, Where is the story,pictures people who influenced you. Why is your product different? Please remove " Socrates once said...etc You have an awesome product and idea.The website looks like a small operation trying to sound corporate. (If you are a small operation embrace it. Craft beers are popular for not being corporate)

• I need to reassured this is not a scam or a trick. Maybe start an ebay and amazon store also and add the Icons "Check me out on Ebay and Amazon"

-You are a social person and I am sure you are going to promote the crap out of your "Gym gear" social Media. Promote on social media! (consider using the social media you know best to start)

• Take pictures of people wearing your shirts! Post on social media!! Know anyone famous or remotely famous, Fighters, Runners,Football...etc? Get the most famous person you know or have the balls enough to ask and ask them to wear your shirt and get that sucker on social media:)

• You need at least 600 words on your home page with the keyword you want to target every 200 words (no more no less) Youtube "How to use Keyword Planner" (find a short video) Just pick a keyword that doesn't have too much competition:

• For example the keyword: "gymwear clothing" gets 100,000 to 1 million searches a month while " Exercise clothing" get's 10 to 100 searches search a month (maybe easier to establish yourself in google)

Today I reviewed the website 52pearls.com New Dental Hiring Site

Here are my honest thoughts:

• Graphically the website is very nice. Every graphic is designed with beautiful detail. Colors are correct and perfect.

• When I land on the home page I am presented with graphics zooming in,rolling in and dropping from the top of the page. When I mouse over the circles under "Let's Get Started" they "Pop" It looks like the designer used every one of his "cool" skills this page.

• There are many options: Fill a position - Get Hired (links) Let's get started is not a link? Login - Join-About us- Help Why do I have 5 choices plus stuff flying all over the screen?

• Is this a FREE service? When I click "Join now" I have 3 choices basically with the same options. Just the button color changes.

• I would have suggested something similar to https://www.upwork.com as the layout (maybe even simplified Upwork a little) Dentists are not going to take the time to try to figure out what is going on here.

• When I scroll down it gets worse. I won't continue you get the idea.

40% of your visitors are using mobile. I used Googles Mobile test and while it says "The site is mobile friendly" the image in the phone appears blank? I don't believe Google is reading the mobile version correctly

In conclusion, you did a great job and you have a very good idea but my suggestion would be to scrap this website. It needs a massive overhaul and needs to be "dumbed down". I really like the idea of the website desibydesignshop and really Love your idea. I believe you need an exciting or different tag line " "South Asian Inspired. Western Influenced" to me is boring, Safe and "Non remarkable" Maybe "swag something we asians got" or "Sweat shirts for antisocial Asians" (lol...try to be outrageous...different) tagline? (1st thing that came to mind)

As a 1st attempt you did an excellent job! My son and his friends started a shirt line 4 years ago called Iced Tees that never got off the ground mainly because it never got past this stage. I really wanted him to come up with all the ideas and once he had it I would "help" but it never got to that stage (he was only 15 at the time).

Here are my thoughts on your website desibydesignshop.com and what you need to improve:

• Main image is of a city (I assume Singapore or Hong kong) should be of people wearing your clothes
  Your logo is so small and "bunched up" I didn't notice it
  How do I contact you? (Contact page with no information is buried in the right corner)
  While the website is very clean and easy to navigate, who are you? Why did you start desibydesignshop, Where is the story,pictures people who influenced you. Why is your product different? (***Please remove "De'si' with the meaning..etc It is not memorable...I read it 3x and still can't remember the meaning. It's not remarkable "worthy of making a remark about it" You have an awesome product and idea. It sounds like you are ready to fold. C'mon man believe in yourself, be different and rock this Asian Design market.

PC Tech Repair...What should I charge

If you are Computer service A and your competition is Computer Service B then just underbid him. After a while he will underbid you and in a few short months you both will be racing for the for the bottom.

You know what you should charge to run your business weather it is $45.00 to $125 an hr.

Here is the question you need to ask yourself "What makes you unique" Why should I use you as my computer tech? Do you work remotely? Do you wear nerd clothes when fixing my computer? What is unusual or Awesome about your service?

When you are exactly like your competition only cheaper you are racing towards the bottom.

Be awesome, Be different, Specialize in an industry...etc

There should be no other choice beside ___ PC repair Tech

2- You don't have a navigation bar on top so I don't know what you sell or what you do?

3- The pictures of the product really don't display the product "Fitness Kit" for example. Why would I buy this kit for 78.00.

4- The Add to cart button doesn't stick out. I don't know what the original price is and todays sale price

Here is my suggestion: besides the idea, there is NOTHING good about this website and slight tweaking will not save it (in my opinion) You are "Wasting Money" on an adwords campaign because you are not building specific landing pages for the Keywords you are targeting

For example Keyword: "Fitness Kit" You need a page called oraclestrength.com/fitness-kit then you need the title tag to say something like : Wow! Get the Best Fitness Kit for women over 40 2016
Then 600 words on the subject and the words Fitness Kit listed once every 200 words plus the H1 tag should be titled "Fitness Kit"

Here is what I would do: I would get an attractive girl or guy to use the product and put the videos on Youtube (remember to add a link back to your website) People need to be excited about your product before they come to your website.

See if you can bring your product to gym,studio,church and get real people to use it. Put those videos on Youtube and when they come back to your website it should look something along the lines of Beachbody.com (for example)

Maybe your product isn't for everyone? Maybe it's for a Niche? Pregnant women, Guys who work to much, Men over 50 , Women under 20.
